Does Sentinet Technologies support Windows 10 computers?
Yes we do. We support systems running Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
Which networks do you supply LTE services on?
We supply internet services on the Vodacom, Telkom and MTN networks.
Does your internet service require a specific router?
No. We do not limit the use of internet services to specific router brands or models. You can use your old router, or buy a new one from our shop.
What are off-peak hours in relation to LTE data?
Off-Peak LTE packages provide uncapped data, typically valid from 19:00 (7 PM) to midnight to 19:00 (7 PM) daily as per the table below: Provider Product Typical Off-Peak Times Rain 19-Hour Unlimited 23:00 – 18:00 (6 PM) Vodacom Prepaid Off-Peak 20:00 – 07:00 (+Weekends) Telkom Night Surfer Midnight – 07:00 AM MTN Night Express Midnight – 05:00 AM
What is the latest version of Windows?
Microsoft Windows 11. The next version will be Windows 12, but no release date has been announced as yet, and contrary to earlier rumors, a 2026 release is unlikely. While a future major, AI-focused Windows version is expected, industry analysts now point toward a 2027 release date.
Does Sentinet Technologies provide remote support?
Yes, we provide support using Anydesk, TeamViewer or Remote Utilities remote support software.
