This means thatyou simply need to download and install the software, and send us a mail or WhatsApp with your ID and password, and a description of what you need assistance with. We will then connect to your machine and look into the issue. The pricing for this type of support is R 150,00 per 30 minutes or part thereof. If the issue will teke longer we will advise you and send a quotation if required.
