Sentinet Technologies offer different support options to suit your needs. 

The first way is creating a support ticket using our ticketing system, explaining what the issue is.  The second way is sending a WhatsApp message for faster support.

Both of these ways may require you to download Rustdesk remote support software, installing it and sending us the ID  and password.  After that, we can provide support.
